

Jen has over 11 years experience of working within the music and events industries within various roles. After completing a HND in Radio Production, Jen began her career working with the management company behind Liverpool's very own chart topping girl band, Atomic Kitten. Jen assisted the management in aiding the group's rise to fame. After Atomic Kitten disbanded Jen went on to manage a number of independent band's and artists. In May 2009, Jen worked with Karl to produce "Imagine", a grand charity variety performance at St Georges Hall in aid of the Alder Hey Imagine Appeal. The event was hugely successful, which led to the pair deciding to make it an annual event. From here Jen was offered an opportunity to work with Industry Music Group on the 6th series of The X Factor, assisting in the live booking of the final 12 contestants. During this time she also worked with a number of the artists from Britain's Got Talent. After the series Jen made the decision to return to Liverpool to focus on launching Fierce Management.
Jen has a BA (Hons) degree in Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management from Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts where she studied from 2007 to 2010. She was also awarded the prestigious Music and Entertainment Enterprise Award along with Karl, upon graduation in July 2010.
