We plan, develop, and promote the career of our artists within the popular mainstream of the commercial music industry. We look to source artists that are exciting and unique with great potential in order to create a point of difference within the market.

We will develop that potential and build a brand around the artist that allows us to strategically plan future career moves, maximise earning potential and expand public identity.

Our duties are extensive and range from hiring booking agents, accountants and promoters on behalf of our artists whilst advising on performance schedules, performance construction and content, supervising the overall direction of the artist's career whilst seeking, developing and securing industry engagements. We are proactive and work in full collaboration with our artists to map out a route for their career ultimately leading to commercial success.

Fierce Management offer a unique and  dedicated event production service. We produce live tours, entertainment productions, live music events, corporate events, launch events and social events for both our internal rosta and external clients.

We work closely with every client and their needs in order to produce a comprehensive project plan that covers every aspect of planning the event. We  meticulously manage every stage from the initial brief through to completion with acute attention to detail.
