Karl has worked in the music and entertainment industry for over 12 years now as a Creative Director for a select number of high-end management companies. He has helped to shape and develop the career of many high profile clients signed to both major and independent labels. Within this role Karl has also produced a number of large scale UK tours, concerts and artist based events. In 2009 Karl worked on the 6th series of The X factor assisting Industry Music Group in the live booking of the final 12 contestants. During this time he also worked on the live diaries of a number of the artists to emerge from Britain's Got Talent. Karl returned to Liverpool in 2010 after the series to set up Fierce Management with business partner Jen Corrigan.

Jen has over 11 years experience of working within the music and events industries within various roles. After completing a HND in Radio Production, Jen began her career working with the management company behind Liverpool's very own chart topping girl band, Atomic Kitten.

Jen assisted the management in aiding the group's rise to fame. After Atomic Kitten disbanded Jen went on to manage a number of independent band's and artists. In May 2009, Jen worked with Karl to produce "Imagine", a grand charity variety performance at St Georges Hall in aid of the Alder Hey Imagine Appeal. The event was hugely successful, which led to the pair deciding to make it an annual event.
